AI agents for business
An AI agent (agentic AI) is software that finishes the work on its own: it reads an email or PDF, extracts the data, checks it in your systems and records the result. A person approves anything with consequences. A custom agent starts at €5,000.
Try it: the approval is yours
Pick a process. The agent works on its own, but waits for you at the step that has consequences.
The same work in your company
An agent processes an incoming invoice

How we deploy an agent
- Day 1
Consultation
A free 30-minute consultation. You pick one process or app you want done.
- Within 3 working days
Free prototype
A working prototype on your data. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay.
- By day 30
Deploy
Live, with monitoring, documentation and team training.
- After
Run
We track results, tune the agent and find the next process worth automating.
Pay when it works.
Within 3 working days we build a free, working prototype on your own data. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay.
- For fixed-price projects with one clearly defined process
- After the free consultation and a written scope
- We need access to the data and systems named in the scope
- AI model costs during the prototype are on us
Where an AI agent helps most
Examples by department. The agent does the repetitive work; a person decides anything with consequences.
| Department | Task | What the agent does | What a person approves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer support | Questions and complaints | Answers from your documents, finds the order, prepares the fix | Refunds, discounts, exceptions |
| Accounting | Incoming invoices | Extracts data, checks the supplier, matches the purchase order | Payments over a limit, mismatches |
| Sales | Enquiries and follow-up | Enriches company data, creates the CRM lead, drafts the quote | Prices, discounts, sending the quote |
| Purchasing and stock | Customer orders | Maps items to codes, checks stock, creates the ERP order | Missing items, delivery dates |
| HR | Hiring and internal questions | Sorts CVs, answers questions from policies | Candidate decisions, sensitive cases |
| Management | Reports | Pulls data, calculates KPIs, flags deviations | Comments and decisions |
How an AI agent is built
Every agent has four parts, so you always know what it does, what it relies on and where its limits are.
Language model
The brain: models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral, or an open-source model on your own servers when data must not leave.
Knowledge
The agent answers from your documents, price lists and databases (RAG), not the open internet, and can show its source.
Tools
Access to email, CRM, ERP or e-shop through APIs or the MCP standard, and only to the systems the task needs.
Rules and control
Permissions, limits, approval steps and a log of every action. The agent can be stopped at any time.
AI agent, RPA or chatbot?
Three tools for different jobs. We often combine them.
| Chatbot | RPA and automation | AI agent | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it does | Answers questions | Repeats fixed steps | Plans steps and acts |
| Input | A chat question | Data in a fixed format | Email, PDF, form, chat |
| When the format changes | Answers, does nothing | Breaks | Adapts its approach |
| When to choose it | Frequent questions | A stable process with no exceptions | A process with variable input |
Connected to your systems
The agent works where your data already lives. For example:
What drives the price of an agent
We set a fixed price after the consultation. The main factors:
- How many systems the agent writes to
- How many input types it handles (invoice formats, email languages)
- How autonomous it is and how many approval steps it has
- Volume: cases per day, and therefore AI model costs
- Hosting: EU cloud or your own servers

Questions
What is an AI agent?
Software that understands a request, decides which steps to take and carries them out with the tools it can access, such as your CRM, email or internal systems. Unlike a chatbot, it finishes the work.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it looks up data, updates records, sends messages and completes multi-step tasks.
How much does an AI agent cost?
A fixed-price agent for one clearly defined task starts at €5,000 excl. VAT. Model usage is billed by the provider, usually a small monthly amount we estimate upfront. Larger projects run at €25-49 per hour.
How long does it take?
A working prototype on your data within 3 working days, live within 30 days of the start.
What if the prototype doesn’t convince us?
You walk away and pay nothing. That is our guarantee: pay when it works.
Bring us one process or one app idea.
In 30 minutes we tell you whether it is worth handing to an AI agent. Then you get a free working prototype within 3 working days. If you don’t like it, you don’t pay.
